Republic Day Celebrations in different schools of Nilok

Bhadrak (26 January 2020): Today, various schools, colleges, and educational institutions in Nilok under Bhadrak district celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm. The day was marked by morning processions, flag-hoisting ceremonies, and general assemblies across different establishments in Banta Block.

Nilok High School: Students at Nilok High School in Banta Block participated in a morning procession and flag-hoisting ceremony on the school premises. Headmaster Shovendra Majhi and Hindi teacher Sudhakar Panda delivered speeches during the event. Other teachers, including Surajita Bai, sports teacher Chitrabati Behera, computer teacher Ravi Narayan Khilar, and clerk Sanatan Nayak, were present.

Babaji Charan Sanskrit School: At Babaji Charan Sanskrit School in Nilok, respected Avinash Nayak hoisted the flag in the presence of teachers and students. Following the procession, an assembly was held where Headmaster Abhimanyu Senapati and guest Jaldhar Barik addressed the audience. Teachers Ganeshwar Panda, Dhirendra Biswal, Anjali Raut, and Parikshit Nayak were also in attendance.

Adarsha Vidyalaya, Nilok: Adarsha Vidyalaya in Nilok village celebrated Republic Day with a morning procession and flag-hoisting ceremony. Students gathered on the school premises to participate in the event, followed by a general assembly.

Harihara Nodal U.P. School: At Harihara Nodal Upper Primary School in Nilok, a flag-hoisting ceremony was held, and students were distributed uniforms. Ashok Mahanti, Sarpanch of Nilok Gram Panchayat, attended the event. Teachers Batakrishna Sethi and Rajashree Nayak were present.

Sadhana Vidya Mandir: Sadhana Vidya Mandir in Nilok celebrated Republic Day with a morning procession and flag-hoisting ceremony. Director Ramesh Barik, Parshuram Barik, and other school teachers were in attendance.
